Shipping Policy
At OMBRES, we try to deliver your orders safely.
We currently ship only within Malaysia. All orders are shipped using J&T Express.
1. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days after they are processed. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or message. You can track your parcel on the J&T Express tracking page/application.
5. REFUNDS
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged Items
